It's a little weird.
There are two guys practicing tap dancing. Some chick is doing Tai Chi. Another guy is playing with a bull whip. There are random sleeping people who very well could be homeless. Plenty of joggers. A group of young kids are learning how to twirl advertising signs. A juggler. And among the mix are lots of squirrels whom Chan wants to kill.
